Roof repair

Water finds its way where you least expect it. A damp patch on the ceiling is often a metre or more from the actual leak. That is why we start repairs by finding the cause, not by replacing the tile above the stain.

What we repair most often

How the repair is carried out

We will arrive, inspect the roof from above and from the attic, identify the cause and tell you whether a local repair is sufficient or if it is time for... renovationMinor repairs are carried out on site; larger jobs are done after a quote. In emergencies (torn roofing, water ingress into the interior), we will provide temporary cover and plan a permanent repair.

When repair is no longer cost-effective

If the roofing material is crumbling across the entire surface, the roof structure is sagging or infested with wood-destroying insects, and you are repairing the same spot for the third time in two years, we will be straightforward: a repair that lasts only one year is not a repair.
